Wimbledon 2017: Results, schedule, how to watch live

Wimbledon 2017 will commence on 3rd July and runs two weeks through Sunday, July 16. The grass tournament in London is the third Grand Slam event of the season. Wimbledon will feature tennis superstars such as Djokovic, Federer, Nadal, Murray, and Williams.

Andy Murray will be defending his 2016 title after getting knocked out in the semi finals at Roland Garros by Stan Wawrinka. Murray is seeking his third crown in five years.

Roger Federer, the No. 3 seed, returns to the court in London to challenge Murray after missing the French Open.

Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray have ruled Wimbledon for the past 14 years, combining to win the tournament every time in that span.

No real surprise, given the way that Big 4 dominates the sport of tennis. Still, at some point, that group's run of excellence at the All England Club must end.

It's just hard to find folks who think that'll happen this year, when play at the grass-court major begins Monday?
